1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SaarMitra, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are not old enough to agree on your own under applicable law, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms for you.

2. Educational purpose

SaarMitra provides tools for structured learning and exam preparation, which may include theory, practice questions, quizzes, tests, progress tracking, communications, and exam-focused updates. Content and features can vary by exam, language, account, location, and release.

No guaranteed outcome: SaarMitra does not guarantee any rank, score, selection, admission, qualification, employment result, or other examination outcome. Your results depend on your effort and many factors outside SaarMitra’s control.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account or other credentials used to access SaarMitra and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, use only your own account, and notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, data, or the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use SaarMitra for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Share access in a way that bypasses account, subscription, or exam restrictions.
• Copy, scrape, republish, sell, or distribute content except where SaarMitra or applicable law permits it.
• Attempt to bypass security, gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or introduce malicious code.
• Manipulate tests, progress, rewards, XP, Coins, Streak, or other records.
• Upload or submit content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or is misleading or harmful.

5. Content and availability

We work to keep learning content and features useful and available, but we do not promise that every subject, topic, theory item, question, test, communication, or feature will always be available, complete, error-free, or current. Exam authorities can change patterns, syllabi, dates, and rules; you should confirm critical information with the relevant official authority.

We may add, improve, correct, suspend, or remove content or features. Planned maintenance, security work, network conditions, and third-party service issues may temporarily affect access.

6. Subscriptions, Pro access, and offers

If paid plans, Pro access, or offers are made available, the price, duration, included features, renewal terms, and eligibility will be shown before purchase. Purchases and refunds may also be governed by the app store or payment provider’s terms. Unless required by law or the applicable store policy, access already delivered may not be refundable. Offers may be limited, changed, or withdrawn according to their stated conditions.

7. Intellectual property

SaarMitra and its licensors retain rights in the service, brand, software, interface, learning material, questions, explanations, graphics, and other content. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use available content for your own learning and preparation. They do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow SaarMitra to use them to operate and improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

8. Third-party services

SaarMitra relies on services such as Google Sign-In, Firebase, app stores, and, where enabled, payment or advertising providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. SaarMitra is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SaarMitra at any time and may request account deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access when you materially breach these terms, create risk or harm, misuse the service, or when continued operation is no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will try to provide notice.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SaarMitra is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make promises beyond those expressly stated in these terms. SaarMitra is not a substitute for official exam notices, professional advice, or independent verification of important decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SaarMitra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the service. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
